Translation dilemma on term such as Pseudopodia

[བཀྲ་ཤིས་ལྷ་མོ།]

Pseudo usually means fake and podia being leg, so we translate this into Tibetan- fake leg- རྐང་རྫུས། also could be misleading if not put in the correct context, for example, it could also means artificial leg which is also fake. So, any suggestion?
